Payment must be submitted at time of booking request.

Tours will be operated rain or shine but may be cancelled at the discretion of the tour operator at any time if safety cannot be ensured, including extremely inclement weather, or vehicle maintenance issues.  If the tour is cancelled by the operator, a full refund will be issued.
